I’m currently just over four months into a year of eating and cooking nothing but Indian food so I decided to give your recipe a try. Garnished with fresh methi leaves and chopped green onion. I used a LOT of ginger because we like it that way. Next time, I’ll use only half as much mustard powder, though. Next time I will try hold back some of the sauce to blend and add back in to make it a little thicker but the taste is simply beautiful.
